Dana - Insurance and Billing Manager
If you’ve ever wondered how we are so efficient with our billing and accounts, it’s Dana. Dana has been with Dr. Reitz’s office for 15 years. She managed the front office for years and now she works remotely to make sure billing is submitted correctly, accounts are managed and receipts for HSA and Flexible Spending accounts are sent out. Dana is an all around lovely and kind person and we couldn’t run the office without her.
Jazmin - Front Desk Coordinator
Jazmin is the bright, friendly face at the front desk. Jazmin brings enthusiasm and a great sense of humor to our office. She is our newest member, but she is not a rookie. She has loads of administrative experience. She can explain your insurance to you should you have questions. She is a fast learner, so if she does not know the answer to your question, she is great at researching the answer. Jazmin possesses excellent organizational skills, and she takes great pride in that. When you enter our office, she will greet you with a friendly “hello”.
Jamie - Licensed Massage Therapist
Jamie is an excellent massage therapist and has over 10 years’ experience. She graduated from the esteemed NHI in Emeryville and took advanced courses in trigger point therapy. Her specialty is deep-tissue massage that she blends so well with relaxation techniques. She is also an excellent sports massage therapist. She is an anatomy expert and knows how to solve repetitive stresses and injuries after sports and heavy workouts.
Diane - Licensed Massage Therapist
Diane has been with us for over 11 years and has over 20 years’ experience. She attended Pacific School of Massage and Healing Arts. They don’t make them any kinder or sweeter than this. She will greet you with a big “Hello!” when you enter our office. She has that amazing touch where she can go deep into someone’s muscles without making the patient cringe. She also has a great talent for relaxing you into a trance while you’re on the massage table. When your session is up, your pain is gone. Amazing! Diane is a master at blended aromatherapy. If you are interested, just ask for this add on. There is no additional charge for aromatherapy.
Summer- Licensed Massage Therapist
Summer is awesome. She attended Western Career College and although she has only been with us for a short time, she has attracted quite a following. Clients love her for her deep-tissue work. Her deep pressure is tempered by her lovely, gentle demeanor. She has over 20 years of experience and has worked in spas and Chiropractic offices alike. Her favorite type of massage, however, is in the clinical setting where she can assist with specific soft-tissue issues. Summer also offers lovely add-on services like hot-stone massage and cupping. Bee - Licensed Massage Therapist
Bee is determined to work out all the aches and pains that trouble you. She has over 15 years’ experience and she is Thai trained (in Thailand) so be sure to look forward to all the stretches she does during your session. She attended Alive and Well here in the States. She can go deep into the muscles but also does a lovely relaxation massage or an incredible blend. Our patients love her for her skillful pressure and range of motion stretches. We adore her caring spirit.
Wanda - Licensed Massage Therapist
Wanda’s specialty is a lovely Swedish style. Her light touch and gentle strokes relax you along with her calming qualities. She is newer to our office but certainly not to massage work. She has 18 years’ experience and studied at NHI in Emeryville. She customizes each session for the client. She likes to leave you nice and relaxed before you re-enter reality.
Tyler- Licensed Massage Therapist
Tyler went to NHI and he is our light-touch specialist. He brings over 8 years’ experience of massage therapy to our office. He has gentle strokes and a lovely personality. If you prefer a lighter touch with hints of Swedish style, Tyler is for you. He can relax you like no other. Tyler is ready to complete his studies in Acupuncture, so he certainly understands anatomy. He will take his boards soon and we have no doubt he will pass with flying colors. Congratulations Tyler!
Kellie - Licensed Massage Therapist
Kellie recently joined our group, and she brings 30 years of experience to us. She has worked in Chiropractic and Acupuncture offices, worked in the private sector and corporate environments. For those of you who love deep tissue work, Kellie is highly recommended. She studied at NHI but has loads of additional outside study. Kellie’s favorite type of massage is integrative healing with deep tissue. And trigger points are a specialty. Her relaxing technique is tailored to the individual’s needs but combines it with beautiful deep work. She’s a bit of an intuitive so chances are, she dives into your chief complaint before you’ve had a chance to vocalize it.
