Meredith is FANTASTIC! She uses long, deep strokes that are so relaxing and therapeutic all at the same time. She is the new addition to our team but with 16 years of experience, she is certainly not new to therapeutic massage. She is a vibrant, passionate, charismatic, and talented California State Certified massage therapist who graduated from the 720 hour program at the National Holistic Institute in San Jose. She has also completed 240 hours of the Advanced Neuromuscular therapy/Trigger point therapy program at NHI Emeryville. She is highly skilled in the modalities of mindful and tension releasing neuromuscular Trigger point therapy, Swedish, firm Swedish, deep tissue, energy work, and Shiatsu. She is also proficient in hot stone therapy and aromatherapy.
