Jamie is our deep-tissue sports massage therapist and she is outstanding. She has over 10 years’ experience after graduating from the esteemed NHI in Emeryville. She has taken advanced courses in trigger point therapy and other soft-tissue modalities. Her specialty is deep-tissue massage. She is an anatomy expert and knows how to solve repetitive stresses and injuries after sports and heavy workouts.
